About DevsTeam
DevsTeam is a WordPress maintenance and support company. Both owners have worked in WordPress since 2014, one from the search side and one from the code side, and they have a team of developers, security specialists and marketers behind them. There is no account manager in the middle. You talk to an owner, and the owners are accountable for whatever goes out.
We look after WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Every update goes onto a private copy of your site before it goes onto the real one. Care plans start at $49 a month and one-time fixes at $97. The audit that tells you which of the two you need costs nothing.
How we do it
How does DevsTeam work, day to day?
Most maintenance failures are not exotic. Somebody clicked update on a live site because testing it properly would have taken forty minutes. The second step below is where we spend those forty minutes, every time.

We look before you pay
The audit is free and read only. We look at vulnerable plugins, abandoned code, the state of your backups, real load times, and anything that has already been compromised. You get the write-up whether or not you hire us. Some audits end with us telling you your setup is fine.

Every update runs on staging first
Updates go onto a private clone of your site first. We run the same checks every time: homepage, login, forms, search, and on a store, a real test order through to payment. Anything that breaks stays on the clone until we have fixed it.

Then we watch it, and tell you what we saw
We check uptime every sixty seconds, scan for security problems daily, and take daily off-site backups going back thirty days. Once a month you get a report that says what changed, what broke on staging and why, and what is worth spending money on next.

Who owns and runs DevsTeam?
Both owners still do the work. Mamun signs off on the code that reaches a client site, and Masud runs the audit calls and sets what we charge. That is why staging is included on the $49 plan instead of sold as an upgrade: a plan that skips testing is not really cheaper, it just moves the bill.

Masud started blogging in 2008 and moved into search from there. He is an online marketer first, and SEO is the part he knows best. Almost all of that work has been on WordPress sites, for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Australia.
He has owned DevsTeam outright since 2019 and also runs RankPen LLC, the United States company DevsTeam operates under. Inside DevsTeam he handles pricing, client communication and our SEO work. He also takes the audit calls, including the ones where he has to tell somebody they do not need us yet.
Jahirul Islam Mamun
Co-founder & CTO
Mamun started blogging in 2008 too, then went the other way, into code. WordPress became the specialism, and he has built a long list of themes and plugins since, his own and other people’s. He is a Codeable-certified WordPress developer and has contributed to WordPress.org as @mamun3d since 2015.
Inside DevsTeam he runs the developers and owns the staging process, the update checklist, code review, malware forensics and custom development. Code the team writes goes through him before it reaches a client site.

Where is DevsTeam based?
A fair question to ask anyone you are about to give admin access to. Most maintenance companies answer it vaguely, if at all.
The company
DevsTeam operates under RankPen LLC, a company registered in the United States. Day-to-day operations run from Dhaka, Bangladesh, where both owners and the team are based. The DevsTeam Limited that traded between 2012 and 2019 was a separate Bangladeshi entity, and it no longer exists.
The hours
Most of our clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Dhaka is six hours ahead of London and eleven ahead of New York, so our day starts as yours ends. We usually deal with overnight problems before you open your laptop.

Who owns DevsTeam?
Shek Md Masudur Rashid has been the sole owner since 2019, and Jahirul Islam Mamun is co-founder and CTO. They are not the whole company. Developers, security specialists and marketers work with them. But every part of the service, from the price you pay to the code that reaches your site, answers to one of the two.
Is DevsTeam a registered company?
Yes. DevsTeam operates under RankPen LLC, registered in the United States, with operations run from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Where is DevsTeam based, and what hours do you cover?
Both owners are in Dhaka, and that is where the work happens. Dhaka is six hours ahead of London and eleven ahead of New York, so we handle most overnight problems before a US or UK client’s day starts.
Who actually works on my site?
Depending on the job, one of our developers, a security specialist, or one of the owners. Code goes through Mamun before it reaches your site, and Masud stays on anything search related. You will not be sold by a senior and then handed to somebody who was never part of the conversation.
How long has DevsTeam been around?
The name dates to 2012. It has been under its current ownership since 2019, and the service you see here launched in 2026. There is a short note on that further down this page.
Do you have case studies I can read?
Not yet. We are writing them up and will publish them here as they are ready, with real numbers and named clients rather than invented ones.
A note on the name
DevsTeam was founded in Dhaka in 2012 and ran until 2019 as a limited company with five partners, doing general web and marketing work. Masud was one of the five and has owned the name outright since then. The company relaunched in 2026 with two owners, a team behind them, and one service in place of the old list. If you come across an older DevsTeam page in a search result, it predates all of that.
