WordPress Maintenance Services
Your site shouldn’t need this much of your attention.
Most businesses don’t realize their site has a problem until something breaks in front of a customer. We check before that happens — updates tested before they go live, security scanned daily, backups stored off-site.

Common problems
Does any of this sound familiar?
We hear these stories every week. Every one of them was preventable.
01
Your site got hacked
Not because you did anything wrong. An outdated plugin had a known vulnerability. Average recovery cost: $8,500. Average downtime: 2–3 days.
02
You found out from a customer
No alert. No warning. Just a panicked message: “Hey, your website is down.” By the time you noticed, it had been offline for four hours.
03
An update wrecked your checkout
A plugin updated automatically. Something conflicted. Now your WooCommerce checkout throws a blank screen and you don’t know how to roll back.
04
Your site is slow — and you don’t know why
PageSpeed says 42. You’ve cleared cache. Nothing changed. Meanwhile, Google is demoting slow sites and 53% of visitors leave after 3 seconds.
What we do
WordPress care handled properly, not just cheaply
There are automated tools that cost $29/month and do most of this on autopilot. We’ve seen what happens when they fail — usually at the worst possible time. Our engineers review every update before it touches your site.
🔒
Security
Security monitoring & malware removal
Daily scans at the server level — not just a plugin running inside WordPress. If something gets in, we remove it and patch the entry point. On Growth and Agency plans, cleanup is included at no extra charge.
🔄
Updates
Updates tested before they go live
Every WordPress core, theme, and plugin update goes to a staging copy of your site first. We run 15 post-update checks before anything touches production. If an update breaks something on staging, we fix it there.
☁️
Backups
Daily off-site backups
Your backup can’t live on the same server as your site. If the server dies, you lose both. We store daily backups off-site with 30 days of history. Restoring takes under 15 minutes.
📡
Monitoring
Uptime monitoring, around the clock
We check your site every 60 seconds. If it goes offline, our team gets an alert immediately — not you finding out from a client. Average time from alert to engineer response: under 2 hours.
⚡
Performance
Speed & Core Web Vitals
We look at what’s actually slowing your site down — uncompressed images, no CDN, bloated database, missing server-level caching. Then we fix the causes, not just run a plugin and call it done.
📊
Reports
Monthly reports you can actually read
Every month you get a report showing what we updated, what security scans found, your uptime percentage, and your speed scores before and after. If something needs attention, we say so plainly.
How we work
Step by step, no surprises
A lot of maintenance providers just hand you a login form and start billing. Here’s what we actually do and when.
01
Day 1–2
Site audit before we touch anything
When you sign up, we run a full audit before making a single change. We check for outdated software, known vulnerabilities, plugin conflicts, your current speed scores, and whether your existing backups actually work. You get the report. If we find something serious, we tell you before we start.
02
Staging environment
We clone your live site to a staging environment — a private copy where we can test every update. Nothing we do in staging affects your live site. This is the step that most $29/month automation tools skip. It’s also the step that prevents the checkout-goes-blank scenario.
03
Updates tested against 15 checks
Core, theme, and plugin updates run on staging first. We test against 15 functions: homepage load, contact forms, login flow, checkout (if applicable), and the pages your visitors actually use. Only then do we push to production. If anything fails staging, it stays in staging until we fix it.
04
Security scanning, daily
Our security stack runs server-level malware scans every 24 hours, monitors for suspicious login attempts, and blocks known malicious IPs. If something triggers an alert at 3am on a Saturday, our on-call engineer sees it — not you.
05
Included in Growth & Agency
If your site gets hacked — we fix it
We’ve seen sites get compromised despite everything being up to date — sometimes through a vulnerability that had no patch yet. If it happens while you’re with us, we handle it. Average cleanup time: under 4 hours. No extra charge.
06
Monthly report, optional call
Every month you receive a care report. Growth and Agency clients can book a 30-minute call to go through it, ask questions, or talk through anything coming up on their site.
Pricing
Plans that are priced honestly

Comparison
Why not just use your host or a $29 automation tool?
Fair question. Here’s the honest comparison. The gap is biggest where it matters most — when something actually goes wrong.
| Feature | Generic hosting | Automation tools | DevsTeam |
|---|---|---|---|
| Updates reviewed by a human | ✗ | ✗ | ✓ Yes |
| Staging environment | ✗ | Sometimes | ✓ Every plan |
| Hack fix included | ✗ | ✗ | ✓ Included |
| Written 99.9% uptime SLA | ✗ | ✗ | ✓ |
| 14-day money-back guarantee | ✗ | ✗ | ✓ |
| Monthly care report | ✗ | Basic log | ✓ Detailed PDF |
| Hours saved per month | 0 hrs | ~1 hr | 5–8 hrs |
Most business owners value their time at $50–$150/hour. At 5 hours saved a month, the Growth plan pays for itself. At 8 hours, it’s not even close.
Who it’s for
We’re not for everyone — here’s who we work well with
✓ Good fit
- Your site generates leads, bookings, or sales — downtime has a real cost
- You’ve had a security scare before, or you’re tired of managing updates yourself
- You need someone who responds in hours, not days
- You run WooCommerce or a membership site with paying users
- You manage client sites and want white-label support and reports
✗ Not a good fit
- You need a full website redesign — that’s a different project
- Your site is static HTML with no CMS
- You’re looking for SEO services (we can refer you)
- You want unlimited custom dev work at $99/month — maintenance doesn’t cover that

FAQ
Questions we get asked a lot
What’s in every plan?
All plans include staged and tested updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins; daily off-site backups with 30 days of history; daily security scanning; 60-second uptime checks; free SSL; and a monthly report. Growth adds staging, hack fix, 99.9% SLA, CDN/caching, and 3 edit tasks. Agency adds 10 tasks, WooCommerce testing, dedicated manager, and strategy calls.
How do you update WordPress without breaking my site?
We don’t touch your live site directly. Updates go to a staging clone first. We run 15 checks — your homepage, contact forms, checkout, login, and the pages that matter most. If anything breaks on staging, it stays there until it’s fixed. Then it goes live.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
On Growth and Agency plans, cleanup is covered. We’ve handled this more times than we’d like — sites that were fully up to date, hit by a zero-day or a vulnerability the vendor hadn’t patched yet. When it happens, we remove the malware, patch the entry point, and verify the site is clean. Under 4 hours on average. You pay nothing extra.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
14 days. If you sign up and decide it’s not for you in the first two weeks, we refund the full amount. After that, it’s month-to-month — no annual commitment required unless you want the 20% discount.
How quickly do you respond?
Our desk is open 9am to 1am Bangladesh time (03:00 to 19:00 UTC). Inside those hours the first reply is within 2 hours; outside them it is 8 hours at the outside. Growth and Agency hold that in writing; Agency adds a dedicated account manager and an emergency line for site-down situations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. We don’t lock anyone in because the only reason to stay should be that we’re doing a good job.
Do you handle multiple sites?
Agency plan covers multiple sites. If you’re managing 5 or more client sites, ask about volume pricing. White-label reports are included — your clients see your branding, not ours.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Growth and Agency plans include WooCommerce. That means WooCommerce core updates, extension updates, and running your checkout through a test order after every update cycle to confirm it still works.
