Who we are

DevsTeam provides WordPress support, maintenance, security, speed optimization and development services. This website is our online presence where you can learn about those services and get in touch. We are the operating brand of RankPen LLC (United States), with our support team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything privacy-related, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy”. We act as the data controller for the information described below.

Information we collect

When you contact us

• Your details: the name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message you submit through the contact form.
• Why: so we can reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for.
• Spam check: the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It is a privacy-first check, so it does not track you across other sites.

When you browse

• Technical logs: like most websites, our server and Cloudflare may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, purely for security and to keep the site running.
• Essential cookies: a small number of cookies needed for the site to work and stay protected. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you request.
• To improve our website, services and customer support.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the business, and only as far as each one needs it:

• Our email provider, so we can receive and reply to your messages.
• Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its server logs.
• Cloudflare, our security and content-delivery layer, which processes your IP address to protect the site from attacks and to serve pages quickly.

Each of these is a service provider acting on our instructions, not a party we sell data to. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we keep it safe

The whole site runs over HTTPS, so anything you send is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to help you, and the site sits behind Cloudflare’s firewall. No system is perfect, but we treat your data the way we treat our clients’ sites: locked down by default.

Where your data is handled

We are a global team. Your information may be processed in Bangladesh, where our support team works, and in the United States, where our company is registered and some providers are based. Wherever it is handled, this policy and the same protections apply.

Data retention

Enquiry emails and their content are kept for up to 12 months after our last reply, then deleted. Server security logs are rotated regularly. We never keep your data longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email us and we will take care of it promptly, at no charge.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you have these rights under the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. For anything significant, we will make the change clear rather than bury it.
